1. Offline
2. Online

This two methods you can use to file a cybercrime complaint,

 1. Offline:-
visit your nearest cyber cell or cyber police station and file complaint against the attacker, there are various cyber cell already located in your city just google the nearest police station and do the need full.

 2. Online:-
Visit the website called ( https://cybercrime.gov.in/ ) This is a national cyber crime reporting portal which is run by India, it is an initiative taken by the government of Indian. it is an easy way to file a complaint again any of your cyber-related crime this website is safe and secure and it is Owned by Ministry of Home Affairs, you can file a complaint via single click without going anywhere.

Computer Virus is a program or a Peach of Coded tool which can easily generate self duplicated after effecting the victim's system, it is very dangerous. some attackers make the viruses and spread over internet with public IP for gaming asses of victims computers for gathering sensitive information and use that files or data for generating illegal money.

 Sometimes it is more dangerous when the virus is Ransomeware because the Ransomeware is automatically encrypting all data from victims computer or laptop and it will demand money or bitcoin for description key, exactly the ransomware is controlled by an attacker who is also known as Black hat Cyber Criminals.

What is spy-ware?

Spy-ware is Internet tool which is supported or coded with Advertising Supported software (Ad-ware). It is how for shareware authors to form money from a product, aside from by selling it to the users. There are several large media companies that provide them to put banner ads in their products in exchange for some of the revenue from banner sales. This way, you don't have to pay for the software and the developers are still getting paid. If you discover the banners annoying, there's usually an choice to remove them, by paying the regular license fee .

What is website defacement attack

what is website defacing, Website defacement is an similar to designing graffiti on a wall, only it happens virtually. Website's appearance change - may the attacker change the website home page completely with another page, pictures and/or words are scrawled across the defaced website.

Why Websites are Defaced?

Attackers/ hackers may have different motives in this attack, when they deface a website. Political motive is one. Attackers who are against a government or a separate/particular movement can choose to deface related websites to air their views. Attackers who do this are known as "hacktivists". hacktivists is an Anonymous hackers who attacks for social purpose only, They may change the content of the defaced website with a picture or a different message of their choice.

There are also some other attackers may choose to defacing a website for fun - to mock site owners by finding website loopholes/ vulnerabilities and exploiting these to deface the site. These attackers/ hackers "taunt" the site owners. Similar to hacktivits, these attackers deface a site with a picture, photos or a message of their choice.

In both cases, site owners faces' some damage to their reputation once their sites are defaced.

How attackers or hackers do this?

Now a day there are many different types of Pre-build tools which is easily available to deface website, some attackers do the deface with this Pre-build tools, or some professional hackers uses coding language and code themselves the deface page and replace this deface page with the original website index page with the help of website security loopholes/ vulnerability.

What is GitHub

what is git-hub? GitHub is a project management and code versioning system as well as a social networking platform made for developers, codes, hackers and programmers. But what is GitHub used for? Well, almost all, it allows you to work collaboratively with other users people around the globe, you can easily store your work and plan your projects and track your work.
